Wet End Kits
Wet end (or “wet-side”) rebuild kits include all fluid-contact components required to restore your pump, such as diaphragms, valve balls/seats, gaskets, O-rings and more. Using a matched kit ensures proper compatibility, avoids missing parts and supports optimal sealing performance. These kits are specifically designed to fit various positive displacement AODD pumps, restoring the original flow and sealing.

Surge Dampeners (Pulsation Suppressors)
Surge dampeners mitigate pulsation and pressure fluctuations inherent in reciprocating pumps. The Wilden® Equalizer® series can reduce up to 70% of discharge pulsation, protecting downstream piping and instrumentation. Integrated versions (e.g., Equalizer ISD) mount directly to the pump manifold, minimizing the need for additional plumbing.
Select between integrated and stand-alone dampeners, depending on the layout or retrofit constraints. The best option depends on your system volume, fluid type and spatial constraints.

Diaphragms
Diaphragms are at the heart of every Air-Operated Double-Diaphragm (AODD) pump, providing the flexibility and sealing performance required for fluid transfer.
Each diaphragm material is designed to balance durability, chemical compatibility and flow efficiency. Chem-Fuse™ Integral Piston Diaphragms (IPD) for example, can withstand a wide range of temperatures while holding up against acids, caustics and other aggressive fluids.

Non-genuine parts may diverge in tolerances, materials, or longevity, risking leaks, failures, or reduced performance. The PSG® Store parts are factory-tested for fit, durability, and material compatibility.
It depends on fluid abrasiveness, operating cycle, pressure, temperature and pump duty. Regular inspection is essential — diaphragms and seals often show wear first. Replace before performance degrades noticeably.

A kit generally contains diaphragms, valve balls & seats, gaskets, O-rings and seals — all matched to your pump model and materials.
