At PSG Store, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

Eligibility

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging.

Products with defects are covered under the manufacturer's five-year warranty.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee applies to returned items that are unused but opened. The exact cost will be disclosed during the return process.

Select the order and follow the prompts to initiate a return request.

Refunds

Refunds are issued directly to your original payment method.
