- Business tax ID or EIN
- Accounts payable contact name and email
- Business entity type
- Approximate annual revenue range
- Business bank details
A note on entity type
If your business is incorporated (corporation, LLC, or partnership), the application runs a soft credit check on the business only. Nothing affects anyone's personal credit score.
If you apply as a sole proprietor, the application will additionally ask for a personal guarantee, which includes personal identifying information. This is standard for unicorporated businesses.

Questions Buyers Ask
For incorporated businesses, no. The check is on the business and there is no impact to anyone's personal credit score. Sole proprietors are asked for a personal guarantee, since there is no seperate business entity to assess.
It is used to size the credit line we can offer you. It is a dropdown range, not an exact figure, and no financial documents are requested at that step.
No. Connecting instantly is faster, but you can upload recent business bank statements manually instead.
Request a limit that covers your typical order size, with room for a larger order. Asking for too little is the most common mistake we see, and it means coming back to request an increase before you can place a normal order.
No. This is a payment method on the PSG Store, set up through Resolve. It does not change your distributor status or give access to product lines you are not already authorized for.
